1. Apply lotion on the face or apply the gel on the FitsFace Mask;
2. Wear the mask to align the eyes, nose and mouth;
3. To pull back and fit the 2 silicone straps that are close to face;
4. To pull and fit the 2 silicone straps that are close to the chin to the top of the head;
